Creating Change

As a transformational coach, my goal is to help clients identify and overcome any challenges that may be holding them back, and to support them in making lasting, positive changes in their lives.

Helping individuals and organisations to make significant changes in their lives or operations. This can include changes to personal habits, behaviours, beliefs, or identity, as well as changes to business processes, systems, or strategies. Using a variety of tools and techniques, such as goal setting, problem solving, and accountability, to support clients in achieving their desired outcomes, I help clients overcome challenges or obstacles that may arise during the transformation process.

About

David is a skilled and knowledgeable coach with a strong background in agency, retail and social care. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in learning and development.

As an EOTAS/SEN/NEET coach, his role is pivotal in providing personalised support to clients who receive education outside of traditional educational settings. David assists these clients in navigating their educational/career journey, setting and achieving attainable goals, and discovering their true potential in terms of their education and career aspirations.

With tailored strategies, he fosters his clients personal growth, facilitating progress, and promoting overall well-being. By collaborating closely with families, LEA’s, and professionals, he ensures a holistic and supportive learning experience that maximises client potential.

David’s focus on continuous development and understanding of coaching and therapeutic practices, combined with his ability to connect with clients, allows him to bring about lasting change in his clients lives .

David has a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others succeed. Unconditional Positive Regard

We genuinely care for our clients and do not evaluate or judge their thoughts, feelings, or behaviours as good or bad. Each client is accepted and valued for who they are, as they are, without stipulation. Clients need not fear judgment or rejection.

Congruence

Being real, authentic, and genuine with our clients is instrumental. In being authentic, we show we are trustworthy, which helps in building a good coaching relationship. Encouraging clients to be their true selves, expressing, thoughts and feelings, without any false front will encourage the process of change.

Empathic Understanding


Understanding our client’s experience and feelings in an accurate and compassionate way. Recognising each client’s experience is subjective and we strive to see things from the client’s unique perspective.
